Christina Hendricks has been an American actor for seven years. Her most notable role was as Joan Holloway, in AMC's drama period series Mad Men. Along with receiving critical praise, her work in the series earned her six Emmy Award nominations under the best supporting actors category. Since her time in the industry which spans over 20 years, she's become known for her work on the legal-drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Films comprise Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers - Prey at Night Egg & American Woman. The voice actress also played the role of characters from films like Toy Story 4 Scoob!, Toy Story 4: Up on the Hill and From Up on Poppy Hill. Earlier she began her career as a model and continued with it for several years before making her acting debut in the television program Undressed which premiered in the year 1999. Her first note-worthy performance as a character the comedy show Beggars and Choosers. Following that, she was praised for her performance in Firefly. Esquire magazine named her the Sexiest Woman on Earth as well as the most attractive American woman for 2010.
